What Our Valued Customers Have to Say
-by W.M.
WOW DFW hot tubs is amazing. Our new Kingston lives up the the Sundance standard. We have owned several hot tubs over the years and have become loyal Sundance customer for 20 years. Special recognition to Fidel Peterson the service tech. He is the best trained and knowledgeable tech I have ever met. He went way above and beyond for us.

From sales to install was a wonderful experience. Pablo took time to listen to what we needed, provided options and followed the install to completion. Very professional.

From the introduction, the sales experience to the installation. Could not have asked for a better experience. We shopped at several different hot tub dealers and different brands around the DFW area, did our research and decided to go with the Sundance. If you want a great, no pressure experience with great customer service and communication, then highly recommend you call Pablo! Thank you for everything!
