Our Return Policy
Select items and supplies are eligible for return after delivery. The merchandise must be in saleable condition, and proof-of-purchase must be provided in order to obtain a return authorization number.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Spas
- Swimspas
- Cover Lifters and Covers
- Select internal components
- Special Order Items
- Custom Order Items
- Grills, Fire Pits, and other backyard living items
- Opened or partially used chemical supplies
When applicable, items not eligible for return will be covered under the relevant manufacturer’s warranty.
Conditions
Once approved for return with a Return Goods Authorization number, return items must be received within 30 days of purchase. Delivery and shipping fees are not refundable. Merchandise must be in salable condition, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will only be issued once we have verified that the product is unopened and undamaged.
