Which carriers do you use?
DFW Hot Tubs ships via UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
How do I track my order?
Tracking information will be sent via email as soon as your order has been processed by the shipping carrier.
What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
Refuse delivery, if possible, if the package is visibly damaged. Custom items are not eligible for return or exchange after delivery has been accepted. If you are dissatisfied with the condition of your order, refuse the delivery and indicate that it has been damaged on the delivery paperwork. If your order is damaged upon arrival, please call us or submit a support request form.
Does DFW Hot Tubs ship outside of the 48 contiguous United States?
Chemical supplies and select spa accessories are only eligible for shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. Spas and Spa covers are only available for delivery in the DFW metroplex and surrounding areas.
Can I cancel my online order?
An order cannot be canceled once it has been sent to a carrier. If you would like to cancel your online order, please call us right away (469) 250-2226.
